Returns
We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Due to the nature of art products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or minor color variations.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos or videos of the damage/issue are required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging
- Customized or personalized artworks (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
- If the replacement option is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for damaged or incorrect products, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
